Standard and Student fee include:

  • access to all the sessions,
  • conference materials,
  • coffee breaks, lunches,
  • welcome reception on 7 Sept. 2026,
  • walking tour on 9 Sept. 2026,

Accompanying person fee include:

  • welcome reception on 7 Sept. 2026,
  • organized tour to the Wieliczka mine on 8 Sept. 2026,
  • walking tour on 9 Sept. 2026,
  • conference dinner on 10 Sept. 2026


To make a booking please do the following steps:

Payment methods

  • Credit card (online payment via PayU) - will be available soon
  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking). Proforma invoice is sent by email automatically right after the order.


Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

Refunds of registration fee in case of the cancellation 

  • for cancellation made before 15 June 2026 - 100%  of fee amount is refundable minus processing fee 300 PLN / 70 EUR
  • for cancellation made from 16 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 -  50%  of fee amount is refundable minus processing fee 300 PLN / 70 EUR
  • for cancellation made from 1 August 2026 -the payment is non-refundable

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SolMech2026 Registration Department by e-mail: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance. 

The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a visa is officially refused to the participant and/or accompanying person.
We strongly advise all participants to start their visa application as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
